Mr. Bruer has deep knowledge and experience growing start-up investment firms that are vertically integrated acting as both owner and operators. He has continually played integral roles contributing to the overall growth and success of all platforms and portfolios he has been involved with through his real estate career. Mr. Bruer has been directly involved in investments and transactions with an aggregate value of over $600 million.
He currently owns a Real Estate Investment firm as well as a Property Management company. Prior to his real estate career, he also served as a financial trader. Mr. Bruer graduated from the University of Alabama with a B.S. in Business and Economics.
